What's little, portable and cute all over? Well me, of course! My name is ROXIE and I am ready to play all day and discover new things.
My foster mom is not sure what breed blend I am but my vet thinks one of my parents was a Jack Russelll Terrier and the other one may have been a Wirehaired Fox Terrier, which would explain my speed at doing zoomies!
NAUGHTIEST DEED: Hiding under the covers.
FAVORITE TOY: Anything stuffed with a squeaker.
FAVORITE FOOD: Treats and snacks
KNOWN ACCOMPLISHMENT; Pee pad trained, I come when called (usually) and trusting humans again.
PET PEEVE: New humans sometimes frighten me because they are so tall. I also don't enjoy walks or going out to the yard when it rains.
BEHAVIORAL: The height of humans can be overwhelming to me sometimes. It may take a few times for me to trust new people. If you let me approach you first, then it's easier for me to make you a new friend. I like to play with stuffed animals both with and without other dogs. I am very sweet and love to be scratched under my chin, ears and enjoy belly rubs. My foster mom lets me sleep with her in the big bed at night which I love! I also have two foster siblings which I play with and enjoy.
MEDICAL: All shots up to date with supporting documentation including rabies certificate. Microchipped and spayed. Evaluated by private vet and deemed healthy and ready for adoption. Groomed and on monthly flea treatment (Credelio for fleas and ticks).
