Know what's better than a latte on a cold winter morning? ME OF COURSE!
My name is DAISY and I am a feisty, energetic and gregarious little girl. My breed blend is Yorkshire and Cairn Terrier and I am 3.5 years old. I am full grown and weigh about 17 lbs. It's a big waistline for a short and stout girl, I know, but I love me some treats!
OBSESSION: Lizards in the yard. Where are they? I will chase them.
FAVORITE FOOD; Rotisserie chicken mixed with my grain free kibble and with the occassional side of steak morsels.
FAVORITE PASTIME: Lounging in the sun on a nice warm day.
PET PEEVE: Luggage
GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: Being surrendered at a city shelter with three of my siblings and living to tell the tale because Ken-Mar Rescue rescued me.
I am also crate-trained at night and love my crate because there are always nice surprises in there when I go to bed, like a treat,, biscuit or new toy.
BIGGEST WISH: To have a forever home in time for Santa.
NAUGHTIEST DEED: I AM A SUPER DOG! ABLE TO SCALE FENCES IN A SINGLE BOUND! I must be supervised when outdoors lest I use my invisible wings to go on adventures on the "other side."
CLOSEST ALLIES: I love all gentle beings - humans big and small as well as other gentle canines. Not so sure about toddlers, rabbits and cats though.
VITALS: My vet thinks I am a blend of Yorkshire and Cairn Terrier breeds. I am 3 yrs and weigh 17 lbs.
MEDICAL: I am spayed, up to date with all shots and microchipped. All supporting documentation provided at time of adoption.
BEHAVIORAL: I enjoy playing with other gentle dogs and am hearty enough for long walks and hikes. I ride nicely in the car either with a seat belt in my harness or in a transport crate. Just please don't feed me for an hour before the car ride.
