My story

Meet NORA!!

Nora is a 1 year old, 7-8 pound, spayed female, chihuahua mix.

Nora was seen hanging around a local neighborhood for several days and finally secured by a resident and kept safe for Animal Control to pick up. She immediately went into foster care and has been a joy to have around.

Nora is an absolute sweetheart. She has an even temperment, and loves everyone. She isn't very vocal, so would do well in any housing situation, house or apartment. She does well with other dogs, and doesn't seem to mind cats. She keeps a tidy crate, and does her potty biz outside.

Nora is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, current on flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. She will come with a health certificate if transported.

Nora's preferred home has a secure fenced in yard she can enjoy supervised (no electric or wireless please), and just for her safety no children under 5 please.

Nora is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. All adopters must meet requirements.

Nora is available through the City of Lytle Texas Animal Care and Control. The adoption fee is $185, and ground transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185. Ground transport runs every 2 weeks and fills up fast.
