Hello! Jerry was rescued with a unilateral jaw fracture, underwent surgery, and a plate was placed and removed 10 weeks later. He is cheerful, playful, sociable with people, indifferent to cats and other dogs, he loves to be taken out on a walk with his leash and he likes car rides. He does not like small children (under 7 years old), he is afraid of them.
He lifts the paw to urinate, although the jet goes to the floor; he urinates outside the house, preferably on the street when he goes out for a walk. When he arrives at a new place he tends to want to mark territory. He eats twice a day (dog chow small breeds).
When Jerry came to my house he urinated in on several occasions, until he realized that every day he was going to be taken for a walk, so he stopped doing it. If a motorcycle or a noisy car pass, he will want to chase it, so it is necessary to take him with a leash.
He lives inside the house, goes out to do his needs in the morning, mid-day and at night. He sleeps in the foster bed and thinks he is a big dog, therefor he is protective, but he is afraid of the broom.
