My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This 5-7 yr old, barely 5 lb, skinny-scrawny, chocolate & cream long-haired, purebred Chi boy is as tired as he looks. He’s exhausted after a long day on the road, traveling from a rescue in one corner of Missouri to the opposite side of the state. Welcome to RCCR, Artie! Woof.

Artie was fighting an upper respiratory tract infection when he came to rescue.. A runny nose, wheezing, coughing and chest congestion just wore him out. Once in his foster home, he started on nebulizer treatments, antibiotics and steroids and now he is a healthy boy. Foster mom says that he is SOOOOO sweet. He gets along very well with the other dogs in the home and he Loves to be held. LOVES laps.Excellent passenger. Not hyper, not barky. Perfect gentleman.

Artie's adoption fee is $250 with all vet work done including neuter, up to date on all vaccines, heartworm testing, microchip and dental cleaning.
