My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mama June is a 5-year-old couch potato. Couch potato is not a choice in the drop-down menu for breeds, so we took our best guess with Pit and Bullmastiff mix. This low-riding, 80 lbs chunky monkey wants to love you and requires only love and attention in return. She's currently getting lots of both in her foster home but would love to find a forever home of her own. She's got a canine foster sister currently, but we think she'd prefer to be your one and only and seems a little too interested in kitties to allow her to be placed in a home with one. If you're looking for a low energy dog, MJ is for you. Try to walk her and she'll just plant down in the middle of the street (if she even gets that far). She's content to plop down next to you on the couch and snooze the day away while you watch tv. She adores praise and attention, is eager to please, crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, has excellent house manners, and has loved all the people she has met. She would be an excellent companion dog who doesn't require a lot of exercise or activity, just belly rubs, and a couch.
