Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Galaxy is a Domestic Short Hair (DSH), female, 9 months of age, DOB: (4/23/18).
Galaxy is a delightful and sweet-tempered little girl. She appears shy, at first, but immediately begins to purr whenever someone walks into the room. When you meet Galaxy, she makes you feel like you're her favorite person in the whole wide world. She simply adores being pet and becomes extremely affectionate towards those who give her attention. Galaxy is an all around happy and lovable kitten.
At this time, we are working on socializing her with other cats and she hasn't had interactions with any dogs. We believe that she will grow to be comfortable with both as she gains experience with each. However, it is very clear that she is happy to be around people!
Galaxy is best suited as an indoor pet and companion for a home with a low to moderately-active lifestyle.
As with all Monroe SPCA adoptable cats, a home visit and meet-n-greet with any housemate pets will be required prior to adoption.
Galaxy currently resides at Monroe SPCA’s Adoption Center and Retail Store. You can meet her Tuesday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm; Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm; or by appointment; closed Sunday, Monday, and National Holidays.
All Monroe SPCA cats available for adoption have an adoption fee of $85.00. This fee includes the cat being spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, tested for FeLV and FIV, and microchipped with lifelong registration prior to adoption.
Completed adoption applications can be emailed to info@monroespca.org or dropped off at Monroe SPCA’s Adoption Center and Retail Store located at 293 W. Monroe St, Dundee, MI 48131.
