My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, there! L’il Macy (pronounced “mass-see”) here. I arrived at the rescue ranch in early August with my “son,” Clyde. Our senior parents ran into some health issues and had to let us go to find new homes. I was a little scared at first, but now that I’ve had time to settle in, I’m doing great. They love to give me kisses and talk about my “adorable spots.” Silly rescue people.
I’m 5 years old and am about to get my first dental, but am in otherwise great condition (spayed, up to date on my shots, heartworm negative, etc.). I’m OK with other dogs as long as they don’t push me … like Clyde likes to do sometimes. (Ahem) I’m mostly interested in people and just hanging out. I’m not real big on toys, but I do enjoy a good walk/run, like any JRT. So, if you’re looking for a laidback lap dog who likes to be loved on, I’m your girl!
