My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack Max is another southern dog whose ticket out of the Deep South was cancelled by hurricane Florence. He was picked up as a stray in Alabama and taken to a high kill shelter. Dogs in the Deep South that are black or brindle stand very little chance of ever leaving the shelter alive. The staff were so excited to hear a rescue in the Carolina's accepted Jack Max only to be told that they could not take anyone. I loved his beautiful coat and couldn't leave him behind at the shelter to die.

Adoption Donation: Unless otherwise stated in the pet's bio, our standard adoption fee is $250 which covers age appropriate vaccines (DHPP vax) and (Rabies vax if 12 weeks and older), utd on flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention, spay or neuter of pet, worming, heartworm test @ age 6 months or older, microchip, fostering costs and health certificate.

We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21
