My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


I'm Rory, a 4 yo Wheaten looking for a home w/o kids. I get too excited and sometimes play by nipping them. Even if kids aren’t nearby, I can get anxious and sometimes chew things I shouldn’t.

I have been known to pee a little when I get excited--what can I say? Life is SO exciting! I’m super smart and learn tricks easily. I’m generally chill, but when people come to the door, I bark. It can take me a while to calm down after that kind of excitement. I mean, come on there’s PEOPLE AT OUR DOOR!

I’m in great health and up to date on my shots and vet visits. I love to play and am a great runner. There was an unfortunate side effect from spaying, and I now deal with a little ‘leakage.’ I take pills for it twice a day.

If you’ve never met a Wheaten, you should know that I’m adorable. I like to be brushed 3-4 times a week--it keeps me looking my best. I also need to see the groomer every couple of months for some spa time. Also, practically NO ONE is allergic to me since I hardly shed.
