My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beluga was originally brought to animal control covered with bite wounds, some punctures so severe they required sutures. With the help of pain meds, antibiotics, and wound care, Beluga has physically made a full recovery. With people, she is a big lug who enjoys having her neck rubbed and her rump scratched. While in the foster home she has shown that she knows sit, shake, down, but she gets excited and likes to jump up when you first see her. She could use assistance learning leash manners, but wouldn't mind running around the yard without a leash either! Due to her past, we think she'd do best with a dog her own size and energy level or in a home as the only dog soaking up all the attention!
