My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Olso is a Domestic Short Hair (DSH), female, 5 months of age, DOB: (7/26/18).

The more outgoing of her sisters, Oslo is quick to seek people out for attention; all the while ready and willing to win over anyone she can with her loud purrs. She will give little kisses to show her appreciation when receiving affection and is sure to form deep bonds with her family.

Not one to be left out of playtime, Oslo is quick to join in on rough-and-tumble play. Often found "leading the charge", this confident, active kitten will play with anything she can get her paws on. She especially loves crinkle tunnels and disk toys where she can bat the ball in a circle.

Oslo was born to Nora (also adoptable) in July of 2018. She was a great mom and took very good care of all of her kittens and even two surrogates, named Draco and Eclipse.

Oslo is the littermate of siblings Jetson, Brascoe, Billie Buttons, Dutch, and Mila. She was raised with her surrogate siblings, Draco and Eclipse as well. We recommend a paired-adoption with Draco, Billie Buttons, Jetson, Brascoe, or Eclipse, though a pairing with any sibling would be an excellent choice and good fit.

Oslo is best suited as an indoor pet and companion for a home with a low to moderately-active lifestyle. She will do fine in a home with other cats; well-mannered, cat-friendly dogs; and respectful kids of all ages.

As with all Monroe SPCA adoptable cats, a home visit and meet-n-greet with any housemate pets will be required prior to adoption.

Olso currently resides at Monroe SPCA’s Adoption Center and Retail Store. You can meet her Tuesday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm; Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm; or by appointment; closed Sunday, Monday, and National Holidays.

All Monroe SPCA cats available for adoption have an adoption fee of $85.00. This fee includes the cat being spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, tested for FeLV and FIV, and microchipped with lifelong registration prior to adoption.
