My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koda came to us as a stray. He weighs about 10 pounds and is about 18 months old (4/1/2017). He is a Rat Terrier mix. Both of Koda’s elbow joints are at about a 90 degree angle and one paw is a little twisted. His xrays show that he has bilateral congenital luxation. In layman’s terms, his ulna bone grew normally but his radius bone stopped growing early on. When he gets older he may have some arthritis pain, but who doesn’t! Because of those bent elbows Koda walks close to the ground with an unusual gait but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He loves to run and play. We were amazed at how fast he is. Although he's listed as special needs, take a look at his video and you will understand why he is so very special!
