Meet CONNER!!
Conner is a currently 4-5 pound, (and growing), neutered male. He was born 6/28/18 in his foster home. According to previous owner, mom is a Shih Tzu/Cocker Spaniel blend.
Conner's mom, pregnant, was owner surrendered to our facility. The family was moving out of state, was not able to take mom, and was not aware puppies were on the way.
Conner is the most outgoing in the litter of 3. He engages the others in play, and always looks out for his sister Taylor. He will require grooming and frequent brushing to keep his coat tangle free, nice, and healthy. Conner is good in a crate, but is not potty trained.
Conner has had 4 rounds of puppy vaccinations, bordatella, is current on flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. He comes with a health certificate to travel.
Conner's preferred home has a secure fenced in yard he can play in supervised (no electric or wireless please), someone who is home or works from home to devote the time, energy, training, grooming, and patience a puppy requires and can demand, a canine friend of similar size to keep him company, and because of his size, sharp puppy teeth and nails, no children under 8 please.
Conner is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. All adopters must meet requirements.
Conner is available thru the City of Lytle TX Animal Care and Control. The adoption fee is $185, and ground transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185. Ground transport runs every 2 weeks and fills up fast.
