Little Bear (who was formerly known as Gomez) is a very big boy at 16 pounds! However, he is a very active and happy cat. He is a handsome cat with some white markings at his throat and on his belly. He is currently being housed at the Cornelius Animal Shelter. He had been part of a happy family until a baby entered the picture and the family no longer wanted him. Little Bear is a very sweet cat who enjoys being petted and loved. He purrs and "talks" to you while being groomed. He desperately needs to have another home of his own, as kittens and other younger cats are always chosen by adopters.
