My story

Meet LEAH!!

Leah is 7-8 pound, spayed female chihuahua/terrier mix. She is currently under a year old. She has short legs, and is an adorable low rider.

Leah, and her brother Jaxx, were owner surrendered as the owner moved into an apartment where no pets were allowed.

Leah is initially shy but soon settles in once she knows she is safe. She would do best in a lower activity home. She has a nice temperament, but can be abit vocal when she wants your attention. She does very well with other dogs, and hasn't shown interest in cats. She is good in a crate, and does well in potty training when kept on a schedule.

Leah is up to date on vaccinations, bordatella, current on flea and heartworm preventive, and is micro-chipped. She comes with a health certificate to travel.

Leah's preferred home has a secure fenced in yard she can play in supervised (no electric or wireless please), a canine friend of similar size, and no children under 6 please.

Leah is currently in a foster home in San Antonio TX and can be transported to your area once adopted. All adopters must meet requirements.

Leah is available thru Lytle Animal Allies, a 501c3 non-profit. The adoption fee is $185, and ground transport fee to the East coast via Rescue Road Trips is $185. Ground transport runs every 2 weeks and fills up fast.
