Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The Basics:
Pinto, 4.5 lbs. 11 weeks. Male Terrier/Chihuahua mix of the teeny tiny variety.
About Me:
When you come into rescue at just over 2 lbs. and you move like a jumping bean, I’m told it's fitting that you get the name Pinto. I'm now a whopping 4 lbs. and ready to take on the world. I might be little enough to wear American Girl attire (yep, I’ve been known to rock doll clothes a time or two) but what I’m lacking in size I make up for in personality. I’m a confident pup and not much scares me. I thrive on discovering new things and getting into mischief, and can be entertained for quite some time chasing leaves and sticks. I've been known to burrow in my foster family’s sweatshirts and fall asleep just about anywhere. I give kisses freely, climb on top of my humans like a goat, and have a pretty cute hop when I'm excited about things, meaning food. I love other dogs, cats, and kiddos but because almost everyone and everything is bigger than me, I should share my home with savvy littles and gentle (but playful) animal friends.
Gotta Be Honest:
While I'm doing fantastic with crate training, I'm still working on the whole housebreaking thing and learning my manners. I'm looking for a home that will be dedicated to training and socialization so I continue to be an outgoing, friendly and affectionate bean.
