Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there...My name is Phoebe and I was rescued from being tethered in Tijuana, Mexico. My mom had me, along with 10 other dogs (including my 5 puppies) and surrendered us to a rescue in TJ. We were then transferred to Kimie's Kritters Pet Rescue. The first couple of nights in my foster home, I was lost. However, I adjusted well and was housetrained the second day. My foster mom says that I am sweet, kind and a very smart cookie! However, since I am under-socialized, I am timid and will need a quiet and calm home. I will need slow introductions to new people and would do best with older kids who are respectful of my special needs. I am good with other dogs except that I still have puppy energy and might be a bit much for small dogs. I am not fond of car rides yet, so would be happy relaxing at home. I am also just learning to play ball and walk on a leash with my foster parents. If you take a chance with me, I will become your BFF!
