Welcome Petunia. She is a 3-month-old Poodle mix. We think Cocker Spaniel/Poodle is our best guess. She has the soft curly coat and isn’t much of a shedder. She flops down when she is scared and reminds us of a little baby deer when her mom leaves. She is outgoing, nice and in a foster home with cats. The cat is very dog savvy and Petunia is doing well. She likes other dogs and is fun and playful. She could be in a family with kiddos. Older ones that wouldn’t hurt her would be what we are looking for. She should be under 20 pounds full grown as her mom is about 18 pounds. Petunia’s mom has loose curly hair all over and is for sure a Poodle or Poodle mix. Petunia was found as a stray with her siblings and mom and pulled off one of the rural pound’s euthanasia list. They are currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast. Petunia is getting her puppy shots and will be spayed soon. Ready to leave in about 3 weeks. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
She will have an international health certificate allowing her to cross the Canadian border legally and easily.
Bienvenue Pétunia. C'est un mélange de caniche âgé de 3 mois. Nous pensons que Cocker Spaniel / Poodle est notre meilleure hypothèse. Elle a le doux manteau frisé et perde pas beaucoup de poils. Elle se laisse tomber quand elle a peur et nous rappelle un petit bébé chevreuil quand sa mère part. Elle est gentille et dans une famille d'accueil avec des chats. Le chat est très averti des chiens et Pétunia va bien. Elle aime les autres chiens et est amusante et enjouée. Elle pourrait être dans une famille avec des enfants. Ce que nous recherchons, ce sont les plus âgés qui ne lui feraient pas mal. Elle devrait peser moins de 20 kilos alors que sa mère pèse environ 18 kilos. La mère de Petunia a les cheveux bouclés et est un mélange de caniche. Petunia a été retrouvée en compagnie de ses frères et soeurs et de sa mère et a tiré l'une des listes d'euthanasie de la fourrière rurale. Elle est actuellement au Texas et peuvent être adoptés localement ou transportés à l'est ou à la côte ouest. Pétunia est en train de se faire vacciner et va bientôt être stérilisée. Prêt à partir dans environ 3 semaines. Son fraisd’adoption est de 200 $ et le transport de 185 $.Elle aura un certificat de santé international que la permettant de traverser la frontière de Canada légalement et facilement.
