My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a female Lab/Border Collie mix. I am about 10 months old and weigh 34 pounds. I am spayed, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped, have had a negative fecal, and I am on flea and heartworm prevention. My adoption is $250.

I was rescued from animal control where I was in pounded as a stray.

It is a requirement that I attend training classes at the Petsmart in Altamonte Springs. Classes are one hour, once a week, for six weeks. The cost is $119 for all six sessions.


Please email for an application. A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and no longer accept checks. The pets are available to be seen at our adoption events on weekends at the PetSmart in Altamonte Springs on Saturday from 12-4:30 and Sunday from 12-4:30.
