This is Sparkles! Another sweet fur-baby rescued from a horrible situation in Orrum during Hurricane Florence and made available at RCHS. He was one of the many distressed pups and kitty's observed by myself and the Sheriff's dept surrounded by flood waters and living in filth. He was literally chained to a cinder block up an an elevated pick-up bed with nowhere to go too! Severely matted and starved for affection, he was grateful to see us! He appears to be a Maltese mix estimated at about 5+ years old, weighs approx 9 pounds which is up from his 7 when rescued, Sparkles is now up to date on all his vaccines, heart worm negative and neutered. He would make any family a wonderful loving and faithful companion.. His adoption fee is $200. His ID is DM1808004.
