Welcome Troy. Troy is a 3.5-month-old Black Mouth Cur/Lab mix is our guess. Troy is a little shy and would be best in a home with another companion animal to show him the ropes. He came in with his sister Paris and she was adopted and now he is looking for his forever home. He is playful and fun and has some pretty big feet. Our guess is he is going to be about a 50- or 60-pound dog full grown. He would make a great hiking companion or walking the trails. He is in a foster home with other dogs that are small and bigger than he is and he does fine with all. He is also around cats and has no problem with them. He would be great in a home with older kids and just surrounded by lots of love to help him experience his new adventure. He is in Texas and was found as a stray. He was pulled from one of the rural kill shelters and after a plea for help CCPAL came in and took them both. He can be adopted locally in Texas or transported to the East or the West Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
He will have an international health certificate allowing him to cross the Canadian border legally and easily.

Notre hypothèse est qu'il va être un chien adulte de 50 ou 60 livres. Il ferait un excellent compagnon de randonnée ou marcher dans les sentiers. Il est dans une famille d'accueil avec d'autres chiens plus petits et plus gros que lui et il s'en sort bien avec tous. Il est également entouré de chats et n'a aucun problème avec eux. Il serait formidable dans une maison avec des enfants plus âgés et entouré d'amour pour l'aider à vivre sa nouvelle aventure. Il est au Texas et a été retrouvé errant. Il a été retiré de l'un des fourrières ruraux et, après un appel à l'aide, le CCPAL est entré et les a emmenés. Il peut être adopté localement au Texas ou transporté à l'est ou à la côte ouest. Ses frais d'adoption sont de 200 $ et le transport de 185 $.
