My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Ranger. He is a 1.5-year-old Heeler/Lab mix is our best guess. He is gentle and sweet. He is good with other dogs and would be good with a family with older kids. He has been corrected by being hit on the head. We are working on it but he flinches when you move fast toward his head. He is very sensitive and needs handled with a gentle and sweet touch. No rough or harsh corrections are needed or work well with this boy. He would make a great companion for some lucky family. He is moderately active and watches for direction. He knows sit and is a gentle boy on the leash. He is up on his shots, neutered and ready for a sweet and loving forever home. He was pulled out of Devine which is a rural kill shelter when they were overcrowded and asking for help. He can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
