My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley was rescued by a caring passerby when he had been struck by a car on a busy road. The lady who found him brought him to our shelter for help. Thankfully, there were no broken bones; Harley was not seriously injured, and he recovered from the accident within a few days. We don't know what breed mix his parents were, and it's a guess as to his breed mix, but he appears to be some type of shepherd mix. He will be a medium to large size when he's grown…his feet are large in proportion to his body, so we're guessing he will mature at between 45 and 60 lbs. Harley is a very sweet, calm, gentle pup, but at the same time he is playful and congenial with our other pups here at the shelter. He is quiet and well-behaved for his age, and has a normal activity level. He loves children, and enjoys toys and play time with other pups of similar age. He also gets along great with out older dogs and all of our volunteers. Harley would be a loving and devoted companion for a family with children! All veterinary procedures he needed have been completed, he is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, wormed and flea-treated.
