My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Beau and I've got one of the sweetest personalities you'll ever find! I was rescued from an abusive situation and now I'm so happy and grateful. I've been fostered by wonderful people, so I've gained weight, been treated by the vet, and I'm leash trained. My foster mom says I'm almost completely house trained, too. I like everyone! I'm super friendly with people and other dogs. I'm interested in cats, but only because I haven't known too many - I'm sure I'd be okay with a cat friend, too. My foster mom hasn't seen me with young kids, so she doesn't know exactly how I'd be, but she says I'm so sweet, that I'd probably be fine. My perfect life would be with another dog (or more), a nice yard to run around in, a comfy bed, and someone to take me on walks. I'm an older dog, but I do like to play. And, did I mention - I like to go for rides in cars and I'm very well behaved? If you're looking for a wonderful, affectionate, loving, attentive dog, I'd be very happy to be part of your family!
