My story

Skeeta resides at a rescue in Arkansas.

Well hi there. I'd like to tell you my story. My name is Skeeta. Not sure what kind of name that is, but I think it's pretty cool. A cool name for a cool girl!

I was found abandoned and a wonderful family took me in and tried to find my home. No one came forward so they searched for a rescue to take me. I had to wait several weeks until a spot opened up, so in the meantime the family took good care of me and the kids named me Skeeta.

I recently arrived at Gail's Pets. I have met all of the volunteers and am making friends with the other dogs here. I'm currently sharing a pen with a 9 year old Puggle and we get along great. I love everybody.

I will be visiting the vet shortly to be spayed and my age estimated. The volunteers here believe I am an adult because of the way my teeth look, and also think I am a red heeler mix. The vet will estimate those and then we'll all know for sure. I weigh approximately 45 pounds.

I walk pretty well on a leash. I LOVE tummy rubs and ear rubs. I hope there is a family out there that wants an awesome dog like me to join their family. Please!
