Penny is a sweet little 8 year old Chihuahua who in true Chihuahua fashion like a home that is quiet and tends to lean toward one person. She is fine with other dogs and loves cats. Her owner passed away and she is still grieving him so if you can find it in your heart to offer her a forever home she would be your BFF.
