I adopted Leia 7 ago through Petsmart's adoption day. She had previously been abandoned on the streets in Tennessee and was so little! She quickly gained weight and got along with a dog my parents owned at the time. Leia loves other dogs, kids, running around, being held, and sleeping. She adapts well and before we had our second dog she strictly slept and loafed around. Since getting our second dog 4 years ago Leia has become a dog that plays, runs around, and acts like a puppy. I'm sure Leia could easily fit into a new family, other pets, with children, and in a variety of situations.
Leia has lived in a home with an invisible fence, an apartment, and a condo - she is house trained and could re-learn an invisible fence again, I'm sure. She runs around and looks for the *best* spot before going and prefers to have the most time possible, but she is well behaved enough that you can bring her out and back inside. She will not require you to go on long winter walks, but does love walks
