My story

Jimmy is an 8 month old neutered male who came into the shelter on 10/17 as a stray.

Jimmy was a sad guy in his cage. He was just sitting with a look on his face that was pretty irresistible. I was able to leash him up with ease and we walked past the other dogs to go outside. Once outside, he did TONS of owner searching. poor buddy. But, he did show off his awesome "sit" on command. He listens really well and is eager to learn. I was impressed because his teeth look so young that I was surprised he knew these commands so well. Someone must of loved our Jimmy at some point. He was a little skeptical of me at first and didn't sit still. Looking and looking for his people. Jimmy takes treats nicely and did allow for handling all over when he was ready. He was really uninterested on his leash test, but behind the barriers he can be pretty vocal with other dogs. Jimmy got his name due to his beautifully long limbs and he came in the month of October after all. He's our fall baby. Looking for some new people to connect with!!
