Petra is currently located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Petra (purple collar) is one of a litter of 5 puppies that were dumped on the side of the road in a laundry basket. They are almost pure breed black Labrador retriever mixes around 4 months old. Petra is the largest, but shyest puppy in the litter. She is still loving and cuddly. Petra just needs a gentle loving home with people that understand that an adopted puppy is going to be a little scared because she is without her siblings and in a new place. She will needs some time and patience while she adjusts. Petra is healthy, happy, active and playful. She loves toys, treats and playing with other dogs. But she is still a puppy that will need training and further socialization. We want Petra to be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Petra is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been started on heartworm and flea preventative. Petra has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport to Warren NJ, Allentown PA, or Nanuet NY.
