My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy! She is a 2 year old purebred Great Pyrenees

Daisy is a sweet gentle giant. She is house trained, crate trained and is responding well to leash training. She is eager to please and enjoys learning new things. She loves attention and being around people. She bonds well with her foster family and LOVES being petted. She will quietly sidle up and gently nuzzle your hand for some ear scratches and pets. She is very calm and relaxed and would do well as a therapy dog. She would do well in a family that spends a lot of time with her and includes her in their daily activities. She is a good watch dog and when outside she will alert you if someone is walking by. When she is inside she never barks or makes a peep. She gets along well with other dogs and is very gentle with children.

She was surrendered by her previous owners because she ran through their electric underground fence to chase a bear that was hanging around their home. This is very common for Great Pyrenees. She will need to go to a family who has a visible fence around their yard.

An adoption application, site visit, and adoption fee are required to adopt Daisy.
