This is Flo, the last sweet fur-baby rescued from a horrible situation in Orrum during Hurricane Florence and made available at RCHS. She was one of the many distressed pups and kitty's observed by myself and the Sheriff's dept surrounded by flood waters and living in filth. Severely malnourished and starved for affection, she was grateful to see us! She appears to be a Tortoiseshell mix estimated at about 1 year old, weighs approx 4.4 pounds, up to date on all her vaccines, FIV/FELV negative. and spayed. She would make any family a wonderful loving and faithful companion.. Her adoption fee is $50. Her ID is CF1809006. If they are younger than 6 months, the adopter receives a voucher that is good at any vet and covers a portion of the procedure.
