My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Honey and let me tell you, her name fits her perfectly. She is about a year old and weighs 37 pounds. Tim and I have been fostering her through the rescue organization Tennessee Death Row Dogs for right over two weeks. Honey does well with other dogs and loves to cuddle up with her foster siblings. She has gone to doggie daycare several times during the week and she loves interacting with other dogs. She was a little nervous at first, but quickly warmed up! Honey also loves people and I don’t think she has ever met a stranger. I don’t know what her life was like before she was rescued, but I can’t imagine it was good seeing as she ended up in a high kill shelter. Despite whatever she has gone through, she loves without conditions. She is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. Honey loves being outside, playing with other dogs, and playing tug with her toys. She is very playful, but she also enjoys cuddling with us on the couch. Honey would do well with another dog in the home as she likes to have a partner to play with, but I also think she would do well as the only dog in the house as long as she gets play time. If you’re looking to add a sweet, petite, and loving little pup to your home, please consider Honey! She deserves a loving forever home and I know that home is out there!
