My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loki is the best companion you could ask for! He is a 2-year-old love bug. He loves walking, running, going to the dog park, and going on errands. He likes to knock a toy around and chase it, more like a kitten than like a dog! It is too cute. He is also very relaxed when you’re at home and getting work done. He takes to training quickly and loves learning (especially when cheese is involved!) He has a sensitive stomach and sensitive skin (possibly an allergy to chicken), but we think we found a food that works for him (lamb-based food). When Loki wants love he will rest his head as heavy in your arms or lap as he can and will just relish the pets. He is incredible and we are all in complete aw of him! We believe Loki was left outside for most of his life, and with that he has a little separation anxiety and has chewed up a shoe or two. He has never been destructive to anything else in the home. Crating him when left solves this issue. His foster home has no other dogs and we feel if he had another with him he would do better! Nonetheless, they have been working on leaving him confined to one room, hopefully getting him used to them coming and going. He has met many dogs and would be great in a home with others, especially because he wouldn’t feel as lonely when everyone leaves. He has been around children and screaming toddlers and he handled it like a pro. Basically, he is the best in any situation!!! You’d be lucky to have Loki as your family and he would be lucky to have you!
