Hello out there! My name is Blackie! I'm a pint size lab mix and about three years old. I was living outside and rescued by some great ladies who found me an amazing foster home.

I have adjusted well to life inside. I'm learning basic manners and house-training.
I really get along with the other dogs in my foster family. Having the around helps me learn how to live inside, too. I also get along with the cat and am very gentle around the baby. My foster mom says I'm a mild mannered gentleman.

Unfortunately, I have heartworms and will be undergoing treatment for that shortly. I will be neutered after my heartworm treatment and am up to date on vaccines otherwise. I'll be available for adoption after I finish heartworm treatment and am neutered.

I'm a good boy and really hope to find my forever home. Let's meet!
