Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? I need a house with a fenced-in yard so I can run and play! OK?
Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am an American Staffy Terrier mix. I am 3 years old and I weigh 62 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered. YIKES! I am doggie-door trained. Those funny-looking creatures, named humans, I think they are called, told me that they think I am pretty darn cute. What do YOU think, huh? Have I mentioned that I am a very, very nice boy? :)
Can you stand hearing more good stuff about me? I love to play. I love to run. I REALLY love to be with my peeps because, you guessed it, I am a very, very nice and sweet boy!I! I take treats very nicely. I sit before I get a treat and before I get my dinner bowl and I like to kiss you while you're driving so be careful. I'm precious cargo, right?
I love humans, adults and children, and other doggies, too! I like kids but maybe I need to be in a home with OLDER children, 12 and up, because I might accidentally knock over a toddler. It would be an accident for sure because I'm a happy and nice boy! Have you heard that before?
I'm very smart and my peeps say I am a sweet, sweet boy. Good, huh? I would do best with someone who loves the outdoors cuz I do too! I bet we could have lots of fun exploring and playing. I love to run and play, run and play, and run and play some more! In other words, I like an active lifestyle.
Oh, how I would love to have my own home and some peeps to cuddle with and they could love me and take good care of me. That is my first dream! My second dream is all about treats and playing and romping with my new family. We could play catch in the back yard, throw a Frisbee, go for walks or hikes and do all the things good buddies do together. Ah, I can see it all now!
