Rusty is a 5 year old, red/rust, docked and natural eared sweetheart. He is as perfect as dogs come! He is crate trained, house trained, walks great on leash, is good with dogs, cats and friendly to strangers. He loves meeting people on our walks! He is very loyal, affectionate and submissive - quite the gentle soul. Rusty relishes in the comforts of a loving home because he spent most of his life before DAR&E chained outdoors. He is still figuring out how to use stairs and jump into the car but is doing great about learning the ropes of home living. Rusty loves playing with my resident female Doberman and really comes alive when they chase each other and rough and tumble. When he isn't playing he is happy to sit by your side and nudge you for ear and chin scratchies. He is not a high energy boy, he is past the puppy stage so is very easy to care for. Rusty would be so happy to have a furever family he could call his own where he would be showered with love, plush toys and lots of treats!
