My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there! My name is Chilly Bear, and my foster meowmy testifies that I'm definitely a lap kitty. I'm a sweet, affectionate, and beautiful gray Classic tabby with white DSH gal who was born in July 2018. A Classic tabby is one who has bulls-eye swirls on her sides instead of mackerel stripes, and I'm really quite unique and stunningly marked.
My siblings, Koala and Kangaroo, and I were born to a feral mama, but a Good Samaritan brought us to a shelter while we were young enough to be socialized completely. Fortunately our future Buster's Friends' foster meowmy spotted us and brought us home. After my hardscrabble beginnings, I'm grateful to have a warm, safe place to live now.
I was the runt and took a little longer catching up size-wise with my siblings. At first, I had to learn how to play with other kitties, but -- no worries -- all my foster buddies taught me how to get along with their antics. Now I'm just one of the rambunctious bunch!
I get along with all 2-legged and 4-legged critters -- cats, dogs, and humans. So there are plenty of homes and households where I'd fit in like a glove. I hope you'll arrange to meet me (and Koala and Kangaroo, for that matter!) so I can crawl up in YOUR lap!
Chilly Bear is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. Her adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Chilly Bear, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet her.
