Baxter is a gentle, shy and quiet young boy. He may have had a rough time in his previous home, judging from his shyness. Baxter is very sweet, and deserves a loving family who will work to build his confidence and trust in people again. He would be a loving and devoted companion for a family with children, or a single person or couple who are up for the challenge of a shy dog. Baxter is a hunting-type breed mix, so a fenced yard would be ideal, for his safety and his family's peace of mind.
