Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buddy was a family member's dog that hadn't been taken care of very well. When we took Buddy in, he had a slew of health issues including testing heartworm positive. Since May, he's made great strides and has completed his injections. As of today, he is completely healthy, short of his 6 month test to confirm he's no longer heartworm positive.
We believe he's about 5-6 years old and he's the sweetest, quirkiest, energetic pup. Unfortunately, we don't have the time or space to properly exercise him but we can see how much he loves to run when we bring him to the dog park. Ideally, he should be in a home with a big enough backyard (fenced) for him to run in or someone that will be able to take him on long walks/runs daily. He loves affection and if he could, he would love to be with someone everywhere they went. Since he is a bird dog, whenever he sees a bird he immediately stiffens and tries to pounce (he may eat a bird if you have one as a pet).
