Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Manny. I am a special little guy who just looks a little different than most dogs. See, I have this problem with my lower jaw that makes it where I can’t close my mouth. The doctors have done all kinds of tests and medicines, but nothing has changed. They have concluded that my cranial nerve doesn’t work so my jaw just hangs open. But let me tell you, it doesn’t stop me at all, it just makes me a messy eater. I need to have canned chunk food mixed with small bite dry food so that I can pick it up with my tongue. I love meal time and will eat everything you give me. I just need a bib or someone who will wipe me down after I eat…no big deal at all. My jaw just makes it look like I am smiling all the time. But, you know what, I probably am because I am just such a happy guy. I love everyone and everything. I love to run and play with other dogs as well as cuddle on the couch with my people. I am just a little guy, only about 10 pounds, so I would be the perfect size to accompany you anywhere you may go. I love to be on the go.
