Meet Lillybelle - This lovable, playful girl is looking for her furever home!
LillyBelle is a very active 11-month-old lab cross with a lot of energy and just as much love to give! She has learned leash manners very quickly (although this is a work in progress) and she is affectionate by nature. She loves the company of other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog who would like a playmate. She has proven that she will chase down cats, so is best off in a cat-free home.
Lillybelle is very friendly towards other dogs but slow introductions are always best. Lillybelle can be fear reactive within the home and takes a while to settle and trust new people, so slow introductions and a calm household would be best for this little lady. She will need continued training, either in a class setting or with one-on-one sessions, as well as socialization in order to be the best dog she can be. Because she can be reactive with sudden movements, we are recommending a home without young children.
She has shown no signs of resource-guarding and is very ‘food-motivated’ - she will try to do whatever she can to earn a treat! Currently, she knows sit very well, and is working on lay down and off (as she can sometimes jump up). Lillybelle does very well in her crate and will sometimes even curl up in there on her own when she’s tired.
Lillybelle’s perfect home would be an active family or individual with enough time and energy to put into walking/running/playing with her to keep her happy! Her new family must also be willing to continue her training as she is still a young pup with lots to learn.

Dogs: Can bark from afar, but friendly and playful on approach
Cats: No thank you! (I like to chase them)
Children: No young children would be best as I can be reactive to new things and sudden movements
