Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adoption fee reduced to $300 out of the state of TN; $150 in the state of TN
Is Albie not the cutest tiny old guy you’ve ever seen? This boy has quite the story to tell! Albie approximately 13 years and 9 month old. Good thing he’s a yorkie! Those little guys live forever! He was surrendered to us 2.5 years ago and was adopted shortly thereafter. About 3 weeks ago, we found out his adopter was trying to give him away to just anyone because she “got new floors” and was scared he might have an accident on them! Wellllll.... let’s just say we got him back as soon as possible and promised him his next home WOULD be his forever home.
Yes, Albie is a senior. Yes, he is missing most of his teeth. Yes, he has cataracts. But this little fellow LOVES to play, love to cuddle, and can run circles around you. He makes an excellent bed partner and an even more fabulous lap dog. He doesn’t like being crated and car rides make him nervous, but he loves just hanging out at home. Albie does great with all people and dogs as well. He is NOT fully housebroken, but if taken our regularly, he would probably learn! If not, he doesn’t mind wearing belly bands. He wears them in his current foster home. He would love to find his FOREVER HOME in time for the holidays.
If you are interested in adding Albie to your family, please go to www.goofyfootrescue.org to complete an online adoption application. He is being fostered in West Tennessee. Transportation is available to Middle Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
