My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

4 to 5 year old Little Bit is a very sweet & funny little girl with lots of personality. She is very playful with other dogs, but her favorite thing is sitting on someone's lap!. Little Bit and 4 other dogs were abandoned in an old house after their mentally ill owner was taken to an assisted living. Volunteers were feeding them until we could get legal permission from owner's family to bring them into rescue. The day before thanksgiving they went to feed and one of the dogs was lifeless but breathing. After several days in critical care, he passed. Inspectors went into the house and determined that it was carbon monoxide so the house has been condemned and the dogs were released to us, Now it is our mission to find the 4 survivors safe and loving homes.After a difficult start in life with a poor diet, Little Bit has lost most of her teeth but is now enjoying a healthy lifestyle & loves eating soft food. She is spayed, UTD on all shots and is HW tested negative.Due to her tiny size of only 7 lbs, we are hoping for a home with adults only or older children.
