My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mateo is going to make someone the most perfect companion! He is a ten-year-old Poodle mix weighing almost 27.5 pounds. This mature boy has a medium low energy level so doesn’t require a lot of exercise. Mateo has a lovely calm disposition, is housebroken and extremely well behaved in the car or on walks with his people. In fact, he prefers the company of his humans to the four-legged kind although he is okay with dogs. He has undergone cataract surgery on his right eye that has left him with perfect vision in that eye; unfortunately he is blind on the left, but he navigates the world around him just fine. Rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Mateo has been neutered, dewormed and vaccinated. He now awaits his forever home and we are accepting applications for his adoption at info.pvca@gmail.com.
