Coco is a very well-mannered, friendly 9.5 YO male liver (chocolate) parti mini schnauzer with 3 beautiful brown spots on his back.
He is house-trained, crate trained, loves people, loves to play, gets along with children, and loves to run around in his fenced yard. Coco gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with them. He loves to snuggle!
His adopter preferably will have a fenced yard so he is free to run and play. He would prefer a quieter lifestyle, but definitely would get along with visiting grandchildren. Adopter must be willing to take him every 6 wks to the vet to get Cytopoint injections to control his skin allergies.
If you would like to be considered to adopt Coco, you must first apply. Please contact schnauzerrescue@outlook.com for our rescue's application. If you've already applied, please contact schnauzerrescue@outlook.com to be added to the list of those being considered. Rescue Schnauzers usually weigh between 15-25 pounds, they are up to date on shots, heartworm tested and spayed/neutered prior to placement. We make reasonable efforts to evaluate the health and temperament of each dog, however we cannot make any guarantees.
We are not a shelter and do not have a central facility to visit our rescue schnauzers. All dogs are kept in foster homes located throughout the area we cover. PLEASE NOTE: We rescue schnauzers in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and southern Pennsylvania. We can only accept applications within a reasonable driving distance of our areas of coverage, which includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and eastern West Virginia.
