Otis is a Norwegian Elkhound. He was rescued from a shelter and has been in a foster home. Otis has been on a diet and getting plenty of exercise. He loves cuddling and getting belly rubs.

Otis is healthy, up to date on shots and neutered. Otis is nine years old. He is located in Western PA. Won’t you give a senior a chance?
