Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kate is estimated to be just under a year old, spayed female terrier mixed who weighs about 15 lbs. She has been with a foster mom for a couple of months before Kate came to our SafeHouse in Korea. A little is known about Kate, and why she ended up at a high kill shelter just waiting for anyone to get her out of there. She is a perfect adorable terrier who is fun and friendly, and loves to play tug-of war with another playful dogs just like her. Her foster parents in the US wonders why such a beautiful and smart dog like Kate was abandoned, but assume that it's because she is a mixed breed, noone welcomed her as a family in Korea. She learned to do her potty outside, and learning good behaviors from our foster parents and her dogs. Other than that, she received a clean bill of health from the vet, and she is ready to be adopted!
We believe people who adopt rescue animals because they are willing to accept a bit of imperfection, and willing to embrace, work/ train and love them no matter what baggage the animal had in the past. It can be challenging, but extremely rewarding. We have seen amazing transformation in our adopted dogs who have been with loving families, and it is our goal to provide all of them with the same opportunity. We are at our happiest when we see photos of our adopted animals smile with the new adoptive family, and we hope to find Kate a loving family who would do the same.
