Meet the newest Saving Grace dog, Luke! He is a 3 yr old Chinese Crested. He is good with kids, cats and dogs that are about his size or smaller (about 20lbs). Bigger dogs make him nervous. While Cresties are known for being hairless he is what we like to call a hairy hairless! He is just naked on his chest and belly. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the breed and their grooming and skin care needs. He will need regular brushing to avoid matting. He can only be in the sun for short periods or he will get sun burned easily. He requires a grain free diet to avoid skin breakouts. Luke likes to play and has a favorite toy that he loves to play with! He is potty trained and crate trained but like any new pet in the home there will be an adjustment period.
