The newest member of the Volunteer Auxiliary, Snickers is now available
for adoption! Snickers is one very special young boy who is in need of
a very special adopter. He is an 18 month old Retriever/ Spaniel mix
who was brought to the shelter as part of a hoarding situation.
Snickers is very shy and has had no training. He just recently learned
to walk on a leash and explore the outdoors, which he loves. Snickers
is in need of an experienced adopter, one who can train and guide him
and help him with his housebreaking issues. His adopter must have
patience, understanding and lots of love to give as Snickers learns to
be a dog! Since Snickers lived with several other dogs, we think he
would be best in a home with another more confident dog who could mentor
and guide him. We think a home with no young children would be best as
he can be overwhelmed easily. If you think you are the right person to
